Planning a vacation can be both fun and stressful. I, of course, always make multiple lists to make sure I’m organized so I can save time, money and reduce stress. One of the things I’ve been thinking about lately is what are the essential items that I take on every trip?
You know those things that come in handy no matter what state, city or country you are in? Those really smart items that you think — “I’m so glad I brought this!”

Great list, Paula! Love that you have snacks listed at the top! It’s so true, you NEVER know if you’ll be stuck somewhere without healthy options, so I always have almonds and a Fiber One bar in whatever bag I’m carrying. I always say make sure you have a quick-dry shirt, pair of shorts (and sports bra for the ladies), and at least one pair of cotton socks and gym shoes. You can ALWAYS squeeze in a quick workout even when you’re away.
Great lists it really cuts down on the stress to be ready!!
